1. Can you tell us about GIT Software Technologies Ltd. and its mission?
GIT Software Technologies Ltd. is a company committed to delivering innovative and reliable IT solutions. Our mission is to empower businesses with cutting-edge technology that enhances efficiency, scalability, and security. A key aspect of our mission is to provide highly skilled resources under a staff-augmentation arrangement, ensuring our clients get exactly what they need in terms of expertise, skillset, and domain knowledge. We focus on delivering “plug-and-play” professionals who can seamlessly integrate into client teams and start contributing from day one.
We also strongly advocate for remote or hybrid work arrangements, enabling our resources to perform at their best from the comfort of their homes—without the stress and time drain of long commutes. This not only boosts productivity but also enhances employee satisfaction and work-life balance. At GIT, we prioritize both client success and employee well-being, creating a win-win environment for all.

2. What inspired you to start GIT Software Technologies Ltd.?
With over two decades of experience in the IT industry—progressing from an individual contributor to a project director—I witnessed firsthand the challenges businesses face in implementing and managing technology solutions, as well as the struggles around workforce management. From retaining top talent to meeting employees’ aspirations around compensation, exposure to diverse projects, and continuous learning, these issues were often overlooked.
I was inspired to create a company that not only delivers high-quality managed services but also acts as a strategic partner, helping businesses navigate the complexities of digital transformation. At the same time, I wanted GIT Software Technologies Ltd. to be a place where employees feel valued, heard, and supported.
Every individual has unique aspirations, and while it’s not always possible to meet them all, I believe employers have a responsibility to make genuine efforts—through thoughtful policies and a nurturing environment—to help employees feel seen, fulfilled, and part of a bigger mission. GIT was founded to bridge this gap and to build a workplace that balances client success with employee well-being and growth

3. What are the core services that GIT Software Technologies offers?
At GIT Software Technologies, we offer a mix of cloud services, database management, and product-based solutions. Our core focus is on platforms like Oracle, Salesforce, AWS, and databases like Oracle, MS SQL, SAP HANA, and PostgreSQL. We support everything from implementation and optimization to ongoing managed services. A big part of our value is staff augmentation—we provide plug-and-play professionals who can hit the ground running.
We also have in-house products like Astrojyotish, a mobile app for astrology-based predictions, and Fintegra, our ERP solution with modules for finance, HR, sales, inventory, manufacturing, and more. It’s a comprehensive tool built to support a wide range of business operations

4. How does GIT Software Technologies differentiate itself from competitors?
GIT differentiates itself through a combination of strong values and a practical delivery model. Our foundation rests on three key pillars:

In terms of IT projects and managed services, we specifically target small to mid-scale customers. Our stable workforce in India, combined with the flexibility to deploy resources onsite with prior notice, enables us to use a blended onsite-offshore delivery model that keeps our services efficient and commercially competitive.
For staff augmentation, we work with companies of all sizes—small, mid, and large—providing experienced professionals who can quickly integrate and deliver value from day one. This flexibility and customer-first mindset make GIT a trusted and adaptable technology partner

5. What are some of the biggest challenges you faced as a founder, and how did you overcome them?
Starting a business has been an incredibly rewarding journey, but it came with its fair share of challenges. One of the most important things I realized early on was the need for solid planning—without a clear roadmap around finances, marketing, and operations, it's easy to lose direction. Market research was also crucial; just because something sounds like a great idea doesn’t mean there's enough demand to sustain it.
Fortunately, I didn’t go it alone. I partnered with two like-minded and enthusiastic individuals, which made a huge difference. While I was learning and building my strengths in certain areas, they brought in complementary expertise—bridging key technical and administrative gaps. That collaboration gave us a strong foundation.
We also made conscious efforts to be smart with our marketing spend, manage finances effectively, and bring in the right people. And of course, looking after my own well-being has been essential—it’s easy to burn out if you're not mindful.

6. How do you see GIT Software Technologies evolving in the next 5-10 years?
Honestly, I see GIT growing into a truly people-driven, globally trusted IT partner. From the beginning, we've built GIT around our employees, our delivery partners, and our customers. Over the next 5 to 10 years, I want us to keep that same focus while expanding our presence in key regions like India, the UK, the Middle East, and Australia.
We're already an AWS partner, which is a big step forward for our cloud services, and we’re currently working on finalizing our Oracle partnership—something I’m really excited about. These strategic moves help us offer stronger, more flexible solutions to our customers.
At the same time, I’m passionate about continuing to build our remote-first culture. It’s helped us attract top talent from around the world and gives us the agility to serve clients more efficiently. For me, it’s all about combining innovation with care—for our people, partners, and clients.

7. How does GIT ensure the best technical talent for customers?
At GIT, I’ve always believed that people are at the core of everything we do. We’re not entirely dependent on ATS systems to filter resumes—because honestly, they can sometimes miss out on great and deserving talent. We prefer a more human-centric approach where we look beyond keywords and focus on potential.
For us, the right attitude matters more than just technical skills. Skills can be taught—we invest in that. We encourage learning and support our employees through training and even cash claims for relevant certifications. But the desire to learn and grow must come from within. We look for that spark, that drive to evolve.
And I'm very clear about one thing—there’s absolutely no place for ego at GIT. I’m personally quite strict about that. We want team players who are respectful, collaborative, and grounded.

8. How do you ensure a strong company culture at GIT Software Technologies?
At GIT, I genuinely believe that our culture is defined by how we treat our people—our employees, our customers, and our delivery partners. We've built a transparent, collaborative environment where professional growth and well-being are top priorities. We encourage innovation, support a healthy work-life balance, and make sure everyone feels valued and empowered.
When it comes to delivery partners, we’re just as committed. We onboard them with proper documentation, align expectations around scope, timelines, quality, and commercials, and most importantly—we work on trust. But like any journey, we’ve had our fair share of lessons. There have been times when certain partners tried to bypass us and connect with our customers directly, which is unfortunate. Thankfully, our NDAs and NCAs are in place to protect us, but more than that, you learn who to work with and who to avoid.
At the end of the day, it's all part of the entrepreneurial journey. The key is—you take the lessons, adapt, and just keep walking forward

9. What is one accomplishment you are particularly proud of?
One of my proudest moments was seeing the impact of our solutions on clients—helping businesses streamline operations, improve efficiency, and scale successfully. Additionally, growing GIT Software Technologies from an idea into a company that genuinely cares for its employees and customers is something I take great pride in.

10. Any final thoughts or message for the audience?
Technology is a powerful enabler, but it must be used wisely and ethically. At GIT Software Technologies, we are committed to delivering solutions that drive positive change.
