10+ years of experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

HR Lead Functional Consultant who will be supporting for Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absences for employees with Oracle HCM solutions.

• Must have at least 10-12+ years of overall experience with deep experience on Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM out of which at least 3-4+ years of experience on Fusion HCM.

• Must have worked on / Implemented Fusion HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Absences, OTL, Compensation in gulf).
• Must have experience in conducting CRP sessions & Requirement workshops for one business lifecycle
• Must demonstrate proven abilities and success with one or more Fusion application modules doing functional configuration and/or technical development
• Must have strong orientation for Designing, building, testing and deploying Fusion Modules
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
• Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members

Oracle Fusion Technical PaaS Consultant

7+ years of experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in solution design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Applications and Integrations.
  • Design and develop Applications using Oracle ADF, VBCS or Oracle Jet frameworks.
  • Design and develop reports using OTBI and BIP.
  • Design and develop Integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC).
  • Understand the application/integration challenges, nuances, and requirements to identify and recommend the optimal technical solutions.
  • Perform proof of concepts for innovation and to continuously improve and enhance the capabilities of Applications and Integration.
  • Develop and maintain strong effective working relationships with team members and internal customers.
  • Document, train and educate internal team members as well as partner consultants about best practices in application/integration and governance.
  • 7+ years experience on Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud and PaaS Implementation.
  • Strong Experience in Oracle ADF, Oracle Jet or VBCS application development frameworks.
  • Strong Experience in developing custom applications in Oracle PaaS (Platform as a service).
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 7+ years of experience in Oracle Application development and Integration with Oracle ADF, or Oracle Jet.
  • Strong experience in extending and customizing Fusion ERP applications.
  • Strong Experience in Fusion-based Integration development using OIC or SOA.
  • Strong technical experience in Fusion APIs, FBDI, ADF DI Loads, BIP, OTBI Reports.
  • Strong experience in ESS Jobs, OM Extensions, Flex Fields (DFF, EFF, KFF), Lookups, Value sets and Fusion Apps functional setup manager configurations.
  • Experience in creating and consuming SOAP/REST Webservices using JSON, XML.
  • Good knowledge on customizing Oracle Fusion Applications using Page Composer.
  • Expert knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (SCSS).
  • Extensive development experience in Data Modeling, SQL, PLSQL including Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Views and Performance Tuning.
  • Good Functional knowledge on Oracle SCM modules such as Procurement (PO), Inventory (INV), Advanced Procurement, Fusion HCM, Fusion Payroll, Fusion Financials (AR, AP,GL, CM)
  • Experience working with agile methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge on development frameworks and know-how to develop/customize various fusion products.
  • Proven versatility across multiple technologies, applications, and industries with the ability to design, estimate, propose, build, and document enterprise class architecture solutions and systems in complex environments.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills, including experience in technical documentation and ability to communicate with senior business managers and executives.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and handle multiple project administration responsibilities.

Nice to have:

  • Experience as an Oracle EBS technical role is a plus.
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware BC4J, ADF Faces, SOA BPEL, JDBC, XML, XSLT.
  • Experience with design/dev handoff tools to build perfect UIs.
