Research Excellence and Impact
I bring over 14 years of experience leading innovation in AI engineering, data science, and cybersecurity. As a Research fellow(Developer) at the EPSRC-funded REPHRAIN (AP4L project) at the University of Surrey, I advanced generative AI technologies for threat assessment and risk-adaptive Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PETs). My mission focused on empowering individuals and organizations to safeguard privacy using bespoke data analysis especially during critical life transitions.

Previously, as a Research Associate for REPHRAIN (AUTAPP project) at the University of Bristol (UKRI funded), I spearheaded AI-driven tools and frameworks targeting online cyber threats. My research specialized in detecting harms on social media, developing models analyzing conversation stances to mitigate online risks and foster safer digital communities. This work incorporated robust CSAM prevention techniques and operationalized threat analysis within REST APIs and secure, end-to-end encrypted environments.

Collaboration with product, development, and go-to-market teams remains central to my approach, ensuring that every solution is secure, ethical, and designed to generate lasting impact. Whether pioneering research, delivering advanced AI applications, or optimizing digital risk management, I am dedicated to building future-ready technologies that make digital experiences safer, smarter, and more resilient.
